LISTEN: El-P announces new album ‘Cancer for Cure’ & single ‘The Full Retard’

Obvious Fantastic Damage hero El-P has today finally announced the details of is new album ‘Cancer for Cure’, the long awaited follow-up to 2007’s triumph ‘I’ll Sleep When You’re Dead’. Hell yes!

The LP is slated for release on 22nd May 2012 via new label home Fat Possum (man, I do still miss Def Jux though) and will feature appearances from other Fan Dam favourites Danny Brown, Mr. Muthafuckin’ eXquire and Killer Mike, as well as Interpol‘s Paul Banks. Sounds pretty dope to me.

First single will be ‘The Full Retard’, download  it here (via Pitchfork) or stream below:
